**Overall Job Responsibility**:
Enhancing the employment and employability of persons with disabilities is a key outcome for SG Enable. Providing competency training and resources to scale up the capabilities and disability confidence of employers to hire persons with disabilities is critical to achieve this outcome.
The Capability Development department is responsible for overseeing training and capability building of employers and disability employment professionals, to better support the employment and retention of persons with disabilities. This includes the **Enabling Mark**, a national-level accreditation framework that benchmarks and recognises organisations for their best practices and outcomes in disability-inclusive employment.
- You will support the Capability Development department to implement marketing plans for the Enabling Mark, and develop content to inspire employers to adopt best practices to build an inclusive workforce.**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for greater public awareness of the Enabling Mark, and to garner sign-ups
- Engage creative and social media agencies, work with vendors to carry out marketing plans/campaigns, and design and produce collaterals within stipulated timelines
- Develop, curate and showcase success stories from leading organisations in disability inclusiveness to inspire employers to adopt best practices to build an inclusive workforce. This may include developing articles, videos and resource toolkits for employers
- Interact and engage different stakeholders e.g. internally; and external stakeholders - partners and vendors, employers, disability employment professionals on various marketing initiatives, and to build up employers capabilities to better support the employment of persons with disabilities
- Conduct engagements as part of employer outreach to create awareness and garner sign-ups for the Enabling Mark
- Review the effectiveness and success of marketing efforts to improve brand marketing and awareness
- Other responsibilities and tasks that are needed by the organisation
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing or marketing communications
- Applicants who are familiar with the disability sector and in developing content would have an added advantage
- Have a good understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
- Have an eye for good design and copywriting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder and project management skills
- Good command of English, able to write and present well
- Team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines, self-motivated, adaptable to changing circumstances and resourceful in problem solving
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
