**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and attract qualified babysitters and nannies through various channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess caregivers' skills, experience, and suitability.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
- Match clients with suitable babysitters and nannies based on their requirements.
- Conduct thorough interviews with potential babysitters and nannies.
- Evaluate caregivers' qualifications, references, and background checks.
- Ensure all caregivers meet the company’s high standards of care and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
