**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a portfolio of new and existing sales accounts within the humanitarian, non-profit, NGO, and water sector.
- Develop and manage relationships with international distributors, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new market opportunities, designing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Understand and communicate Wateroam’s products and solutions to prospective and existing clients, tailoring proposals to their needs.
- Represent Wateroam at industry events, conferences, and trade shows locally and internationally.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, R&D) to deliver on customer needs and market feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform ongoing sales and product strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools and provide timely reports to management.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 3-7 years in B2B sales, international distribution management, or account management (experience in humanitarian or water-related sectors is a plus).
- **Strong communicator**: Able to build trust and communicate clearly across cultures and stakeholder levels.
- **Strong team player**:Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- **Strategic and hands-on**: Comfortable developing strategies while also rolling up sleeves to execute.
- **Mission-aligned**: Passionate about solving global water challenges and driving impact.
- **Willing to travel**: Occasional overseas travel may be required to meet partners or attend events.
