**Overview**:
Department of Paediatrics has embarked on providing Continuing Education and Training (CET) to GPs and PMETs and has since rolled out 1) NUS Graduate Diploma in Child and Adolescent Health (CGDCAH) and 2) Brazelton Touchpoints. To meet market demand for these 2 courses, the Department is recruiting a headcount to be part of the team, serving as a point of liaison for the development, planning, and management of CET programmes.

The department also sees undergraduate (UG) students posted to us throughout the AY in Phase III (2 weeks, ~300 students), Phase IV (6 weeks, ~150 students) and Phase V (3 weeks, ~150 students).

**Responsibilities**:

- **Primary Responsibilities**:

- Drive Continuing Education and Training (CET) initiatives for the Department.
- Work with Faculty members to develop, sustain, and manage new and existing CET programmes that would meet market demands.
- Develop new and emerging market segments for CET programmes, e.g., infant care/childcare centres
- Prepare proposals and budget reports for new/existing continuing education programmes
- Track the revenue and expenditure of new/existing continuing education programmes
- Lead and coordinate work requirements across the School and University
- Act as a secretariat in meetings and monitor and guide progression of CET programmes
- Support the management of undergraduate programmes
- Work directly with the Undergraduate Manager and Undergraduate Director to strengthen the undergraduate teaching program of the department.
- Lead and run the Phase IV undergraduate teaching program.
- Identify opportunities to improve undergraduate work processes.
- Development engagement strategies to capture and improve student satisfaction with the purpose of raising posting feedback scores.
- Support the undergraduate team in upholding utmost standards for assessment related processes.
- Engage our partner HCIs to strengthen the department’s undergraduate teaching program.
- **Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Department work as assigned by HOD (e.g. support of department events).

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree.**:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in developing and operationalising training and development initiatives.
- Prior experience in developing and/or implementation of business development plans in the adult education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong people skills
- Motivated with positive attitude
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Powerpoint software
- Competent in data analysis
- Excellent command of English
