- This position reports to the Corporate Finance Manager and interfaces with the finance, sales & marketing and operations team.
- You will be familiarized with the accounting work flow in the maritime industry, e.g. shipping agency, port operations, and use our technology platform to process the accounting duties. You are agile and open-minded to embrace new business models and their respective new income & revenue considerations.

- The position is required to:
- Prepare full sets of accounts, including accounts payables, receivables, and bookkeeping.
- Prepare cost & revenue allocations to respective categories.
- Reconcile and Monitor payables and receivables, including collections and GST filing.
- Closing, preparation & filing (with ACRA) of financial reports and AGM documents.
- Settle bank reconciliations, conduct banking duties and transactions.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, budget, and corporate tax matters.
- Prepare and send tax invoices, credit notes, etc.
- Process payables including Payroll and expense claims.
- Liaise with customer and service providers on accounting matters.
- Liaise with government agencies for grant accounting related matters.

**Job Requirement**
- Must have Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification in accounting discipline.
- Must have minimum 5 years’ book‐keeping and full-set accounts experience. Consol accounts and audit experience will be an advantage.
- Experience in using accounting software like XERO and proficient in MS Excel, and ACRA XBRL accounting format.
- Good communication skills & positive attitude with meticulous attention to details.
- Take ownership, pride and responsibility in your work.
