**Job Purpose**

Assist the Manager and/or Head of Department to manage the client engagement teams to provide excellent service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of clients and develop client relationships.
- Respond effectively and on timely basis to clients’ queries and requests.
- Review each client documentation.
- Review of payroll/services completed by team members.
- Review bank reconciliations.
- Ensure periodic action such as IRAS reporting, CPF submission, statutory leave claim deadlines are met.
- Advise clients on payroll issues.
- Lead, coach and provide guidance to team members in the delivery of effective and efficient services to clients in payroll services.
- May be required to handle ad hoc projects

**Key Requirements**
- Degree Holder in Human Resource Management, Business, Accountancy, Technology and any related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in payroll services, preferably in an outsourcing environment or have managed large employees’ payroll in a multi-national company.
- Supervisory experience necessary.
- Proficient in at least one HRIS software and in Microsoft Excel.
- Well-versed in payroll related regulations.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
