**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and new markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements
- Presentation to team on the business opportunities, write proposal and tender required submission

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field
- Several years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facilities maintenance industry or a related field
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships with clients

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)
