How will your day look like?
- You will manage the team in your region including staff roster, staff conflict resolution, motivation, and performance management;
- You will continuously guide and lead the team to push for higher sales;
- You will be the bridge between all staff;
- You will train new staff to ensure they excel in the company;
- You will share and demonstrate product usage to clients;
- You will continuously cultivate existing client relationships to retain revenue;
- You will achieve and exceed sales targets

You will be a good fit with the team if you:

- Are passionate about beauty and innovation;
- Have at least 2 years of retail management experience and display strong leadership qualities;
- Have strong communication skills to interact with people of different backgrounds;
- Have experience in training and grooming staff (advantageous);
- Have an open and friendly personality that is able to draw in people;
- Are driven by sales targets and goals;
- Want to work in a fun and vibrant environment that encourages personal growth

Here are your working details:

- You will work from the outlets in your region;
- You will work 6 days a week;
- You will receive commissions based on nett sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
