**Job Title: Wholesale Customer Liaison and Order Coordinator
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with wholesale customers to understand their needs and requirements, and provide appropriate assistance in placing orders.
- Receive and process wholesale orders, ensuring that they are accurate and meet the required standards of quality.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to pick and pack orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Arrange for the shipping and delivery of orders to customers, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory solutions to any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that they are up-to-date and complete.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the wholesale market.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services, and communicate this knowledge to customers as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a wholesale or distribution environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is an advantage.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
