You will have the opportunity to further develop your critical thinking, and play a role in the Bank's business transformation & growth. You will be working closely with professionals from different functions to ensure a robust governance framework. The role will provide you with full exposure to how a business segment is managed, as well as interact with senior management of the bank.
- Ensure robust framework for risk & controls in the business to minimize exposures to the following risks:

- Regulatory breach
- Operational risks
- Commercial risks
- Legal risks
- Business conduct
- By performing the following:

- Implement & ensure adherence to policies & procedures to govern the business
- Acting as a gatekeeper with regard to the types of FIMs we work with
- Ensuring new regulations are implemented promptly
- Work with stakeholders to ensure holistic implementation of any new governance related initiatives
- The specialist to deal with internal stakeholders (e.g compliance, legal)
- The specialist to assess risks associated in every aspect of the Financial intermediary business and recommend control measures for implementation.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with minimum 8-10 years of related experience in compliance, risk department, surveillance, business management, client servicing, operations or sales in a private banking environment
- Understands the mechanism of common financial products and services, as well as key processes in the PB business
- Analytical, meticulous, sensitive to details and odds
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
