**Your role**
- Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?
- We’re looking for a Client Account Manager to:
- support our private bankers known as Client Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries, transaction processing, payments, etc.
- assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- support with administrative tasks and complex troubleshooting
- provide service excellence to our Financial Intermediaries (FIM), External Asset Managers (EAM) and end-clients (i.e. flawless execution of procedures and documentation, leverage UBS tools and best practices)
- engage and work actively with specialists across the bank, APAC and international peers to deliver the UBS GFIM value proposition
- collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

- You’ll be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries (GFIM) team in our Global Wealth Management business division in Singapore. We are responsible for delivering high quality advice to FIMs, EAMs and their end-clients. We work closely with various departments within Wealth Management to ensure the best service for our clients. Providing an excellent and outstanding client experience is our main goal.

**Your expertise**
- at least 5 years of assistant relationship manager experience preferably in a private bank
- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- fluent in English and additional languages including Mandarin and/or Cantonese which are advantageous to serve our clients in the APAC region
