You will support the Commercial Head in driving business growth, optimizing operations and leading commercial activities within the OSRO region, by collaborating with various business units / stakeholders in Principal office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Commercial Growth & Development**
- Support Commercial Head in developing regional commercial strategies.
- Monitor countries’ commercial performance on regular basis.
- Drive inbound/outbound business growth in OSRO countries.
- Identify issues for underperforming countries and make solutions.
- Engagement with key accounts in different countries.
- Identify new business opportunities for the OSRO countries, like new service proposals, according to market demand
- Train and improve Agencies Sales capabilities of market intelligence analysis
- Contribute to annual Commercial budget setting.
- Co-lead CRM project and focus on implementation among OSRO countries.
- Participate in industry events and conferences.

**MUST HAVE**:

- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Maritime or related discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant shipping experience.
- Highly numerate with good analytical thinking and quantitative skills.
- Self-driven with ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) & people management.
- Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership.
- Willing to Travel when required.
- Appointment will commensurate with experience.
