Channel Partner Account Manager (South Asia & Singapore)

What you’ll achieve
As a Channel Partner Account Manager reporting to the APJ, Senior Director Channels Strategy & Programs, you will analyze and recommend strategic priorities, salesforce performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market.
You Will:
Drive Channel Sales & Partner Relationship Management
- Primary owner of the Channel Sales & Partner relationships from a Strategy & Programmatic perspective; Primary owner and GOTO person of the globally aligned Dell Technologies Partner Program and other APJ aligned regional program/strategies for both Channel Sales & Partners.
- Cultivate strategic relationships to play an influential role to help define and achieve goals/priorities to develop key partners by driving adoption of launched strategies and programs.
- Set standards for integrated communication with partners and internal Dell. Ensure proper communication lines are open and utilized by all parties.
Lead Partner Business Analysis: Strategy & Programs
- Build in-depth knowledge of partners’ priorities, challenges and initiatives basis partners’ analytics information from partners’ performance source data, programs adoption performance etc.
- Regularly, share insights and recommendations basis these findings and analysis with sales leaders and partners so that one eventually becomes a trusted advisor in helping to build country’s business strategy.
- Perform quarterly Program Health Check by analyzing metrics/partner performance, interpreting information, and establishing a point of view about the performance and health of a Partners business.

Essential Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of related channel management experience
- Strong understanding of sales processes with the ability to compare information and draw accurate conclusions
- Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical and project management skills.
- Understanding of key sales and management reporting tools
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
