Singapore BANK OF CHINA LIMITED Full time

Role of Business Control Manager on AML/KYC review/transaction monitoring /STR matters, as well as staff training.
- Undertake operational review of Card Centre operations to enhance compliance & internal controls.
- Department Compliance Officer (DCO) of Card Centre and to follow-up on compliance related matters for Card Centre.
- Compliance review of existing/new products and services/regulatory/HQ requirements and assess operational impact.
- Liaise closely with LCD/Risk Management/other departments and ensure timely submission of the relevant reporting/information requested.
- Correspondence with Legal and Compliance Department for RACA assessment and monitoring of KRI.
- Coordinate and monitor on the annual review and updating of policy and procedures, Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis and contractual agreement.
- Co-ordinate the yearly audit of Card Centre by external/internal/HQ audit team and ensure timely resolution of audit issues raised.
- Raise User Requirements and involve in UAT for system enhancements.
- Undertake Ad-hoc compliance projects/ other tasks assigned.

**Job Requirement**:

- A recognized University Degree in Business, Accountancy, Legal or Banking and Finance.
- At least 3 years of AML/KYC/Compliance experience in the banking sector, preferably with audit and internal control experience.
- Good understanding of retails banking/ credit cards business regulatory requirements.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese so as to communicate with our Chinese counterparts.
- Independent, resourceful, meticulous, good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work under pressure.
