Lead - Premium Cards Manager

To oversee, formulate, develop and execute business strategies / plans for premium card products to support & contribute to the overall DCS business goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- To oversee, formulate, develop and execute business strategies /plans for premium card products.
- To develop product proposition, pricing, & promotional campaigns for premium card products.
- To track business trends, monitor market developments to identify opportunities.
- Review and enhance operating system capability and operational workflows & processes to support planned initiatives.
- Formulate, develop and execute marketing plans for acquisition, activation, and usage of customers.
- To formulate and execute acquisition campaigns to attract new signups
- To formulate and execute spend uplift campaigns to stimulate higher usage from existing customers
- To formulate and execute activation campaign to activate dormant customers, maintaining a healthy ratio of active customers.
- Review and monitor customer delivery and fulfillment processes for usage and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee and monitor profit and loss for premium card products.
- Review and monitor all support units operating charge back to the Product’s P&L.
- Oversee and monitor expenses and ensure that all marketing campaigns are conducted within the stipulated budget.
- Develop the potential of reporting staff.
- Implement proper mentoring plan, sharing with reporting staff on their strengths and areas that require improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Marketing and related fields).
- Good understanding of the lifestyle /preference of customers from the High Net Worth segment.
- Strong analytical and implementation skills, demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and drive change across a complex organization and multiple stakeholders
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism and a strong work ethic with high level of integrity and ethics
- Meticulous personality with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders within inter departments.
