We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to support our organization.

The solution aims to create unprecedented traceability and visibility for products flowing through the pharma supply chain while also empowering patients and healthcare practitioners to identify counterfeit products in the market.
- Both team and the business are in infancy, so we are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to help us accelerate and scale.
- Our Data Analytics Specialist will focus in the delivery of good analytics to both internal and external business stakeholders - this covers a range of reporting, descriptive and predictive analytics methodologies with a rigorous focus on simplicity and business outcomes.
- Translating business requirements and objectives into detailed, logical analysis
- On-going maintenance of dashboards or reports that have been commissioned to key stakeholders
- Working on ad-hoc requests to do troubleshooting in production.
- Some knowledge of modern analytical and visualisation software and languages (such as python, R and Tableau) is a must.
- Additionally, applicants will benefit from having an understanding in blockchain networks and solution design - specifically in Hyperledger - although this is not a necessary pre-requisite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathering critical information from various stakeholders

.Performing requirements analysis.
- Assist Product Owner to come up with dashboards to understand key personas better for web and app analytics
- Assist Product Owner to work on analysis of data in blockchain
- Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members.
- Take ownership of data processes, data governance, and data visualization in the team.
- Update and maintain business and technical documentation for audit and knowledge sharing
- Strong communication skills to train and explain to users about dashboard findings and usage
- Create business insights based on existing data sets and work with business development team to sell the product

- Stay up to date on data visualization tools
- Understanding of stakeholders in the supply chain and logistics industry

**Job requirements**:
.Minimum educational level and relevant experience required

.At least 5 years’ experience with bachelor’s degree or 4 years with master’s degree.

**Specific tools/systems needed in the job**:

- Business intelligence, analytics or management consulting background
- Good personal and communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders
- Have working experience with Machine Learning technologies
- Have working experience with SAP data sets (good to have)
- Excellent Excel skills (VBA is a nice to have) + familiarity with visualisation software e.g. Tableau
- Familiarity with coding languages (SQL, R, Python)
- Work in start-up before (good to have)
- Experience in using Azure Devops or Jira or similar tools (good to have)
- Experience in using Confluence (good to have)
