This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data analytics solutions, consolidating data from multiple sources, conducting ad-hoc analysis, designing and maintaining dashboards using SQL and Pyspark, and supporting campaign events.
Job Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and develop analytics solutions.
Consolidate data from various sources to support decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and create visualizations of business issues.
Design, automate, and maintain dashboards for business units using SQL and Pyspark.
Support campaign events, including audience selection, tracking, and evaluation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, IT, Finance, or Statistics.
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 4 years of experience.
Experience with analytical insights or predictive models is preferred.
Passion for data analysis, demonstrated through coursework, competitions, or projects.
Experience in business intelligence or marketing analytics in e-commerce or FinTech is a plus.
Strong project management and communication skills.
