Involved in the entire recruitment process, from identifying operation needs to sourcing workers.
- Collaborate with manpower agencies ensure the right workers are selected.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, conducting orientation sessions, and providing employees with the information and resources they need to start work.
- Handle worker relations matters, including addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
- Ensuring fair treatment and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations, and providing feedback of workers.
- Identify training needs to enhance workers' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the workers are aware of the organization's HR policies and procedures and understand the need to follow them structly.
- Schedule workers deployment, off-days and step in if required.
- Assist Project Managers in materials ordering and procurement
- Prefer if have a Class 3 (Manual) driving license.
