**About this role**:
In this role you will be responsible for directly managing the ASEAN SMB & MM Account Executive team. You will be tasked with developing and executing on the GTM Strategy associated with the ASEAN region by working closely with your team and key stakeholders.**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach and mentor AE's across SMB & MM within the ASEAN region.
- Drive performance of team in response to the regions quota
- Effectively forecast to the business on monthly quota outcomes
- Assist in driving AE sourced pipeline
- Manage and maintain team systems and tools including (salesforce, slack, cognism, amplemarket, crunchbase, chilipiper)
- Assist the team throughout their sales cycle for different product and service offerings
- Act as an escalation point for prospects and clients
- Prepare and engage team through professional development plans
- Create a cohesive cross functional environment between GTM and product in region
**Key Skills/ Qualifications**
- 1+ years proven sales management experience across the ASEAN region
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales performance metrics
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS hyper-growth companies (HR tech & Payroll companies are desired)
- Strong operational skills - SFDC reporting, forecasting and data analysis
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
