We are looking for a Office Manager to help us deliver a world-class customer experience to our clients and keep our operations running smoothly at the same time.

**Customer Service**
- Manage class and party bookings
- Manage and track trial students
- Assist sales and marketing teams with new lead generating campaigns
- Manage customer feedback and issues
- Greet customers at our venue
**Administration and Operations**
- Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research.
- Produce performance reports for our programmes on a bi weekly basis
- Track payments and manage class credits
- Prepare invoices, bills and reconciliation of payments
- Strong communication skills and high energy
- Good at multi-tasking
- Meticulous with a strong attention to detail
- Well organised with good time management
- Personable and professional
- Work well in a team environment
- Self motivated and fits in with our companies core values
- Comfortable using Google suite, Xero (Training provided), Booking platform
- Have common sense when dealing with customers and staff.
