**_Job Summary: _**:
The HR and Admin Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
As HR Business Partner
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction procedures to new joinees.
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the regional HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal and compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Formulate and prepare contract for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assists foreign employees with expatriate assignments such as Work Permits and other related HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Facilitate offboarding activities to resigned employees. Performs other related duties as assigned.

As Administrative Business Partner
- Administer and oversee day-to-day Admin operations activities such as but not limited to:

- Issuance and monitor staff mobile phone lines and coordinate with Finance to make sure tally of records.
- Issuance of staff pass - to issue cards for new joiners and guest, retrieve card from resigned staff on their last working day.
- Handles and keep office keys and ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Provides and/or oversees provision of staff support to the office, to include handling walk-up and phone interactions, maintaining calendars and travel arrangements, screening, analyzing, and responding to incoming correspondence, handling day-to-day problems and situations, and provision of secretarial support.
- Handles Gateway Management - main contact person for office maintenance, season parking, communicate to all staff whenever received notification from building management.
- Liaise and coordinate with cleaning and recycling company on matters pertaining to office cleanliness.
- Coordinate and verify invoices before Finance proceed with payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Assists in organizing Staff events - sourced, coordinated with vendor on events like Xmas dinner, Chinese New Year celebration.

- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

**Education and Experience**:

- Must have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or equivalent.
- Must have at least a minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resource Management particularly as HR Business Partner.
- Flexible, can handle multi-tasking and pressure.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and respective country’s employment laws.
