**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for regional after-sales team management and product problem management;
2. Responsible for the management and construction of regional after-sales service network;
3. Lead the regional team to carry out product repair, maintenance, technical upgrading, and software version iterative upgrade of customers in the region in an orderly manner to ensure the stable operation of equipment in the region;
4. Lead the regional team to assist the product and R&D department to improve remote operation and maintenance, intelligent operation and maintenance tools by collecting regional market-side after-sales problems, product improvement suggestions, customer satisfaction assessment, etc., to improve product operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs, and promote the improvement of product function, ease of use, reliability and maintainability;
5. Actively cooperate with the regional sales department, organize engineers in the region to carry out pre-sales and after-sales support in the region, assist agents in product demonstration, product deployment, and training to ensure the service satisfaction of regional customers;
6. Actively visit dealers and service providers in the region, inspect their after-sales capabilities, and formulate differentiated training to empower dealers and service providers to improve their after-sales capabilities;
7. Continue to improve the monthly activity rate and daily activity rate of regional equipment, and focus on solving on-site problems of customers in the region;
8. Responsible for the improvement of technical capabilities of technical support and operation and maintenance engineers in the region, the formulation of performance goals, the monitoring of service indicators, and the management of personnel assignments;

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Computer Science, Automation or other related majors;
2. More than 1 year experience in after-sales industry management; automotive, industrial robots, service robots and any other related industries are preferred;
3. Familiar with the after-sales service policies of major overseas countries, and experience in overseas after-sales business is preferred;
4. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and writing in English and Mandarin, with business English ability, and must be able to use English as the main work communication language;
5. Understand the basic knowledge of electrical and motor drive control principle;
6. Familiar with Linux platform experience is preferred; working experience in robotics, such as ROS is preferred;
7. Serious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, pressure tolerance, good communication skills and problem-solving ability;
