**Roles & Responsibilities**

The Human Resource Executive works closely with the HR Ops Leader to manage & drive the main areas of the Human Resource Function as for all of its HUB operations across Singapore as well as the main office (HQ).

The scope of that role & responsibilities is to cover Employees Relations, administer the Human Resource Management System (WHYZE/PS) as well as WECOM and all ad-Hoc Tasks. In addition, provide support to managers, supervisors and HSE as a new function. As a generalist supporting the HR function.

**Job Highlights**
- 5 Days work week, office hours
- Location: Tampines, Reebonz Building
- Salary: $3000-$3600 (commensurate with experience)

- Support on HRIS Data entry. Maintaining employee P-file and other records.
- Assist to prepare acceptance of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR-related letters
- Be the deputy for HR/Admin for all work pass matters
- Be the go-to person for all insurance enquiries for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
- Manage any submissions required such as MOM surveys etc.
- Assist HR Operations team leader in generating SOPs for HR processes and ensuring compliance.
- Manage relationship with HUB mangers, supervisors and operations ground staff
- Work closely with recruitment team to handle the on-boarding process for new hires, confirmation cases as well as off-boarding process for employee exits.
- Facilitate employee issues, grievances.
- Deliver HR services in an effective and efficient manner; identify and resolve HR issues within the business unit if required
- Provide support in the implementation of HR strategy and execution of any supporting programs
- Assist special projects, when required, including those related to the development and implementation of HR Systems and other ad hoc projects that may arise.
- Any other HR tasks related to the working processes as per team operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of HR experience in Employee Relations
- Minimum Diploma in HR or other relevant cert
- Able to work as a Team and Independently
