**What you’ll do**:

- Support the Head of Brand & Communications to develop and execute Cake’s global brand strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty and increase new customer acquisition
- Ensure that marketing and communications activities are on-brand and are consistent with Cake’s brand positioning
- Support the Head of Brand & Communications to develop and execute all public relations activities in Singapore and APAC
- Develop innovative and high-impact PR plans through translating brand and key messages into compelling media stories
- Organise PR activities to promote Cake’s brand, our founders and spokespeople
- Build strong and positive relationships with media, KOLs and influencers in the business, crypto, blockchain, fintech space
- Manage incoming media enquiries
- Manage external PR agencies
- Monitor and analyse external public sentiments on the brand
**What you’ll need**:

- Degree in marketing, journalism, mass communications or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in B2C/B2B2C PR and/or brand communications
- Expert understanding of marketing-related concepts, such as advertising, marketing analytics, customer experience
- Be an intrepid storyteller
- Organised and meticulous to a fault
- Ability to operate across multiple time zones and cultures
- If no direct experience in the crypto industry, experience working with relevant target demographics
- Fluency in a second language is preferred but not necessary
