**The Opportunity**
- We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic communicator to elevate our brand and messaging. This role involves planning and executing external and internal communication strategies to enhance our brand visibility and reputation. You’ll create compelling content - from press releases and speeches to feature articles and social media posts - ensuring our messaging stays impactful and consistent across all channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, develop and execute external communication strategies to enhance and protect the organisation's brand and reputation.
- Lead the creation and delivery of internal announcements and engagement initiatives to keep employees informed and aligned.
- Plan and develop engaging, on-brand social media content to boost visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce high-quality corporate communication materials and initiatives.
- Craft compelling content — including press materials, speeches, feature articles, social media posts and multimedia materials and announcements — for both owned and earned media channels.
- Handle media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and build positive relationships with media, government agencies, and external partners.
- Implement and manage communication plans during crises, issues, or emergencies to safeguard the organisation’s reputation.
- Ensure website content remains current, accurate, and reflective of the brand’s messaging and values.
- Curate and manage a library of brand assets, including photos and videos, to support storytelling and visual identity.
- Assist in planning and executing key events to ensure seamless brand representation and messaging.
- Any other duties as assigned

**What We're Looking For**
- A degree in Mass Communication, or equivalent
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a related position
- Crisis communications skills and experience
- Strong project management and corporate communications skills
- Effective communicator with adept writing skills
- Design skills is a plus
