**What a Senior Digital Marketing Executive does at IMPACT**

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive here at IMPACT, you will be working with the Account Director on a group of client accounts to deliver successful marketing campaigns and outcomes.

**Who You Will Be Working With**

This role reports to the Account Director. You will be working closely with our Client Servicing, Project Management, Creative, Web, Digital and Engage teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Liaising with a group of leading B2B and Tech clients in Singapore and across the region
- Working closely with and guide our Creative, Web, Digital and Engage teams on integrated campaigns
- Update weekly WIP reports, job status, trackers and reports, amongst others
- Prepare job briefs and communicate timelines, goals and budgets to the relevant teams
- Support Account Director in preparing cost estimates and account statements for clients
- Support Account Director in preparing business proposals for new clients
- Proactively communicate with client to understand needs and manage expectations
- Keep up to date with the latest marketing, creative and digital trends to advise clients

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma, with minimum 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or agency environment
- Good communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Sense of responsibility, in ensuring work is done and deadlines are met
- Able to multitask to some degree, while being responsive and meticulous
