**Description and Requirements**:
- Manage and lead the Solution Consultant team across Asia Pacific
- Build out capabilities to complement Lenovo's Services Led Transformation in the Solution Consultants
- Build out talent bench and look into Organization growth at the right time
- Set and run a robust Business Management System that enables clear KPI (Performance) tracking of each Solution Consultant
- Set annual and longer term (3 years) strategic for the Solution Consultant team
