Singapore INNOVA SOLUTIONS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

This role will report to the Senior Director and APAC Sales Head. The role will be based out in Singapore.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.
- Driving digital sales such as cloud, app development, digital transformation and managed services and other digital solutions etc.
- Responsible for overall performance of Sales in Singapore.
- Manage and own regional future planning, sales forecast, and budgeting process.
- Establish high performing sales team for the region focused on growing the business through the maintenance and development of sales leads and opportunities.
- Capable executive to take up the responsibility of a brand ambassador of the company for the region
- Capable of engaging the leaders and holding CXO level conversations and connects to help them achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Drive partner led sales and build network for the region.

**Skillset and experience Required.**:

- 12+yrs of experience with Min. 5 years into IT Solutions Sales in Singapore/ ASEAN Geography
- Must have a good understanding of positioning capabilities to clients and experience in driving sales for the region.
- Should contribute to team effort by accomplishing related quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Competitive - results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and lead and inspire the sales team of the region.
- Understanding of solution-based landscapes and trends.
