**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with the Marketing Team’s goals and target audience
- Maintain and operate video equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and accessories, ensuring optimal quality of video production
- Plan and execute shoots for a variety of video content including commercials, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, skits, etc.
- Work with the marketing team to develop the storyboard for video scripts before each shoot
- Create engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok, filming with either a DSLR camera or phone camera, depending on the need
- Optimize videos for various social media platforms and formats
- Sort out footages and perform creative video editing (including cutting, trimming, adding effects, subtitling, colour correction and improving audio quality)
- Be in tune with latest video trends, techniques and keep conceptualising new video ideas Maintain an organised video library, including file management, tagging and archiving for easy retrieval and repurposing of video assets

**REQUIREMENTS
**Education & Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant disciplines
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience
- Strong technical knowledge in videography / lighting / audio equipment
- [Preferred] Keen interest in financial markets, investing and trading
