Job Description

Our Healthcare client is looking for talent to join their Quality Improvement team.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Facilitator - Facilitate sprints/workshops to drive projects related to improving quality and processes and human-centred experiences
Partner - Support Head of Departments and practitioners in the hospital to drive improvement initiatives and work closely with them to implement the strategies on the ground.
Trainer - Deliver training on lean management and human-centred tools to impart knowledge and skills to staff. You will also be a change agent to instill continuous improvement and human-centric culture in the organization.

Desirable Technical Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering / Industrial Design / Healthcare
Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Value Stream Mapping, and/or Proficient in human-centred methodologies such as Design Thinking and Behavioral Insights Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt will be an added advantage.
Proficient in facilitating workshops and conducting trainings.
