Facilitate the examination and research of hospital incident reports
- Support secretariats for committees and meetings (e.g., Various Quality Assurance Committees, Incident Review Committee for Serious Reportable Events, Total Quality Management Committee) and handle follow-up on any issues that arise from associated activities.
- Assist with secretarial and administrative tasks for the monthly Quality & Safety walkabout led by senior leadership.
- Encourage and oversee the annual departmental policy review process.
- Coordinate and assist with organizations' yearly Quality & Safety Day.
- Work together with third-party organizations to carry out cross-institutional improvement projects and organize Quality Conferences as examples of quality improvement initiatives.
- Any additional duties that the HOD assigns.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least five years of relevant work experience in healthcare quality, preferably in clinical quality;
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field;
- Experience leading quality improvement workshops and leading training sessions
