DESIGNATION : Senior/ Executive (Home Care)

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the homecare team, you will be effective and efficient as you hold ownership in assisting with the day-to-day homecare operations and responsibilities assigned. You are also responsible to enable the homecare team and our care staff by providing a personalised and quality standard of care to clients in accordance with our policies and standards.
- Customer Service
- Support the team involved in providing frontline services, which includes assisting in managing clients’ and sponsors’ enquiries, complaints, feedback, identifying situations where clients/sponsors require additional attention, etc.
- Assist frontline in managing second-tier escalation in client management
- Report second-tier escalation in client management to Homecare Head/Manager when necessary
- Conduct relevant audits in areas of job scope
- Support the frontline staff in meeting homecare team’s daily key performance indicators
- Homecare Administration and Operations
- Manage daily homecare operations, which includes administrative support, billing, payment, admissions, discharges, referrals, etc.
- Manage daily reporting and analysing statistics and data to meet/review revenue target
- Purchase and monitor inventories of clinical and non-clinical items, such as clinical consumables, stationeries, IT equipment, etc.
- Handle all staff matters, such as claims, rosters, leave, work permit renewals, uniforms, etc.
- Conduct case coordination, such as rostering, multi-disciplinary meeting, referrals, etc.
- Assist with collaboration and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT, Finance, AIC, allied health services, etc.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, writing of proposals for tender, new initiatives, etc.
- Quality Management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Comply with quality improvement audits and activities
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
- Identify risks, mitigate and perform service recover
- Others
- Assist to review/develop workflow and SOPs for homecare operations
- Any other adhoc duties, within job scope, as assigned by Homecare Head/Manager

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare sector
- Proficient in excel and efficient with keying in data, numbers, and analysis
- Fluent and effective communication skills
- Excellence team spirit, and collaborative mindset
- Great at problem-solving
- Empathetic and good with people relationships
