- Partner, engage and work closely with community care organizations (CCOs) to develop productivity improvement strategies and plans, in collaboration with consultants and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and manage agency-led initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiencies and workforce productivity.
- Scan for new equipment and technology solutions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess feasibility and effectiveness.
- Oversee the organizations’ implementation of the plans and conduct assessments and evaluation of projects submitted by the CCOs
- Monitor and prepare reports to update on progress of the projects, outcomes achieved and achievement of KPIs.
- Support ground-up initiatives from the CCOs, assess and submit to approvers for funding approval.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree with at least 8 years of working experience, of which 5 years’ at a managerial level, preferably with experience in project management
- Good project management skills, meticulous, resourceful with the ability to prioritise, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions and attention to details
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical and conceptualization and problem-solving skills
- Possess the ability to work independently, self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
