**Job Description**:
Key responsibilities:
- Handling portfolio of clients
- Coordinating with clients’ auditors for the performance of audit
- Attending to filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority
- Drafting of different types of board and members’ resolutions
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory filings, requirements and deadlines such as AGM, Annual
Returns, maintenance of registers such as the Register of Controllers etc
- Attendance at board meetings or shareholder meetings and recording of minutes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior and current experience in Singapore as a company secretary is a must
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Excellent people skills and relationship communication is key
- Understanding and knowledge of statutory KYC/AML obligations of corporate service providers
