**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and hand out menus.
- Take meal and beverage orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen.
- Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials.
- Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
- Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
- Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
- Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
- Administer change to tables if needed.
- Greet with a smile and serve guests in accordance with SOP standard
- Prepare set ups for tables
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products
- Ensure mise en place (organizing and preparing all ingredients, tools, and equipment prior to cooking.)
- Ask for water replenishments
- Setting tables to be ready for the next guests
- Serving food & drinks to the guests
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- POS
- Any adhoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
- Flexible work hours.
- Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday.
- 2 years of working experience
- ability to work well in a team
- knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation
- passion for delivering great food and service
- able to work shifts during weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $2,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
