**[What the role is]**
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead a HR Business Partners Team at the National Environment Agency. In this pivotal role, you will drive HR strategies and execute the tactical plans of NEA’s Strategic Workforce Plan to build a forward thinking and resilient organisation.
**[What you will be working on]**
As the Branch Head, you will spearhead the strategic HR initiatives that directly influence NEA’s organisational effectiveness. You will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with NEA’s mission, working closely with division leaders to design and implement solutions that drive organisational success and employee growth.
- Lead a dynamic team of HR Business Partners, providing mentorship while overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment to workforce planning.
- Partner with specialist HR teams to create integrated solutions in areas such as compensation, talent and career development, ensuring both organisational needs and employee aspirations are met.
- Drive employer branding initiatives, including talent attraction, engagement and retention strategies.
**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience; with demonstrated success in team leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and proven experience in developing and implementing HR solutions.
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication across all organisational levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
