**Job Description**:
You will be assisting the Finance Shared Services team on special projects such as process improvement initiatives and the project implementation (data migration preparation and review).
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist team leads in master data review and clean-up
- Assist and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other necessary trainings required for process improvement projects
- Assist to perform quality checks on outsourced finance service provider's daily operational work
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Preferred studies in Accountancy or any other related disciplines
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
