This role is responsible for building a high-performing team to deliver efficient, standardised, and customer-centric financial services that support the university’s mission in education, research, and administration.**About NTU Shared Services:** NTU Shared Services is dedicated to providing high-quality, efficient, and innovative support services to the university community. Our goal is to enhance the operational effectiveness of NTU through streamlined processes and exceptional service delivery.**Responsibilities:*** Define and execute the vision and strategy for Finance Shared Services, driving standardisation, simplification, and scalability. Lead a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence.* Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements.* Drive automation, robotics, and analytics initiatives. Partner with IT to implement and optimise finance systems, championing data-driven insights.* Lead, motivate, and develop the finance team. Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture and manage change for new processes and technologies.* Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
