As our first Account Manager for our new branch - you will be at the core of our company structure and the new markets’ success as we break into the region.
This position has been the starting point for all of our operations team - who are in charge of delivering our core
lead generation services for our clients - and the beginning of the successful careers of our operations manager
and team managers We offer a realistic, yet exciting, progression plan for everyone that can see you promoted within your first 6 months even.
**Your Responsibilities**
Your day to day responsibilities will surround creating and maintaining successful lead generation campaigns for our clients on LinkedIn; Managing and overseeing account activity, reaching out to potential customers of our clients on their behalf, creating outreach points, consistent client communication, successful evaluation of campaigns and most importantly - driving results and generating sales leads

- Managing client accounts and executing campaigns via Linkedin
- Conducting sales-driven conversations through LinkedIn
- Generating sales leads for clients
- Taking a proactive approach to your own day and performance
- Working towards fixed weekly and monthly targets

**Your Profile**
Don’t worry if this is all new to you, we have a concrete training plan that will give you all of the knowledge you need, as long as you have the right attitude and some transferable skills.
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Preferably, 2 years in any customer service based role
- Previous experience in a phone-based or client-facing position is a huge plus
- Strong and friendly communication; both with your team and your clients
- Confident with organising your time and day
- Fluent in English + any other language
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Team player and comfortable collaborating
- Driven to work your way up and develop your career
