You will be working for a reputable market leader in the industrial specialisation who is looking for a Regional Talent Management Manager to be based in Singapore. With demand increasing, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of people who have a strong passion to be the change driver in talent management.

**Your new role**

Primary Responsibilities:

- Working very closely with CHRO to design the Talent Development and Retention Strategy and management framework.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and function heads to develop and implement a Learning & Development Strategy and roadmap aligned with the organisation's needs
- Review the right recruitment strategy and access the best talent for business purposes.
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of talent management, learning and development initiatives.
- Track and ensure effectiveness of talent solutions using internal data and external insights
- Develop and execute strategies and activities that increase Employee Engagement and Organisation Effectiveness
- Work with the HRBPs and Communications team to plan and implement a timely and effective internal communications cadence to employees

**Qualification and experience required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Talent Management.
- Highly proficient in leading practises in performance management, leadership development and talent management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent management initiatives with the organisation's long-term goals.
- Exceptional command of English proficiency
