**Regional Talent, OE & Inclusion Manager, Asia Pacific & Middle East
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Aims to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery of Group-wide development solutions across the Asia Pacific Middle East region which have approximately 10000+ employees across more than 30 different markets.
- Provide active support for execution of initiatives across the Region in line with global governance framework.
- Contribute to drive the regional talent initiatives Learning, Talent Development, Succession by providing thought leadership, analytical insights on business issues and identifying solutions that address their changing Learning and Talent needs.
- Act as a key member of the Regional Talent, OE & Inclusion team, to provide support to the Region’s LTD strategy/ agenda and implement initiatives across the Businesses/ Functions/ Markets by working closely with the Regional Head of Talent, OE & Inclusion and Area Talent, OE managers.
- Conduct ongoing research in external HR trend, best practice to support designing and implementing fit-for-purpose talent agenda, learning along with deployment of solutions and tools, in line with global framework and governance.

**Business**
- Support delivery of talent cycle including talent management, learning and development to ensure the approach and execution is in line with group strategy to support new category expansion.
- Understand each markets’ people-related challenges from the angles of talent, development, learning, in the Region and support the ideation of strategy and solutions in addressing the challenges
- Ensure all deployments (i.e. learning solutions, talent initiatives) are in adherence to relevant global policies, procedures, standards and execution requirements
- As a key member of APME Talent, OE & Inclusion team, orchestrate with various stakeholders to provide support via different channels - (i) Communicate and cascade key information on talent agendas (ii) Engage and collaborate with Area Talent managers to deploy necessary initiatives/projects
- Support delivery of the regional learning curriculum and talent interventions

**Leadership**
- Contribute to articulate Region’s desired outcome and provide clear directions to the team to drive success for the Region
- Foster healthy relationships with senior leaders/ stakeholders to drive and support multiple Talent agenda
- Active member of the Regional Talent & OE team
- Attends other committees and forums on request
- Demonstrate BAT’s Ethos; embedding the values in day to day behaviours
- Connect, engage, collaborate effectively to mobilize teams and deliver through others
- Share Information and insight to the team in driving their respective agenda across

**Requirements**:

- Manage multiple, and at times conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment to meet challenging timelines
- Ability to quickly learn, assimilate and translate strategy into learning solutions
- Create and innovate ready-solutions to meet the needs
- Broad and comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within multiple disciplines or a fast changing discipline
- Proactive in developing ideas, continuously searching for improvements in techniques which add value to the business
- Support the implementation business plans through Talent Managers
- High level of interactive listening, in order to discuss and negotiate with others
- Ability to influence others to deliver result collectively
