The Supply Chain Analyst APAC is responsible for the following

Analysis and reporting

Consolidation of reports and data analysis of all types of supply chain indicators as inventory level, capacity utilization, logistics cost and warehouse performance, etc.

Review of all data and identification of areas for improvement or errors, extract information needed in order to drive decisions on process improvement

Prepare regional sales and operations data report and analysis forecast accuracy for improvement

Support on design and establishing of new reports and their rollout in all available systems

Coordinate and support to local analyst in each APAC countries and provide necessary training

Supply Chain Operations

Collect and maintain the APAC freight matrix for regular report, analyse the freight cost trend and freight market change, provide the insight for business strategy

Update the APAC duty matrix and provide insight for supply strategy

Response for the daily supply chain operations in Singapore branch as a key user

Budget preparation

Support the annual preparation of supply chain budgets, amongst other costs, projects and inventory budget

Consolidate the local submission and organize the APAC regional budget report

Process Optimisation

Preparation, review and optimisation of SCM related WAM Presentations and training documents

Preparation, review and optimisation of templates to support the standardization of processes

Support in regional supply chain program development

Project work

Support all kind of projects in the APAC supply chain development and improvement, including the SAP improvement project and online ordering platform project.

Education/ Experience/ Competencies
- 3-5 years if supply chain experience in a manufacturing and production environment
- Excellent MS Office skills especially in Excel, Pivot chart and Powerpoint
- Organized
- Logistic and Warehousing experience is an advantage
- Experience with SAP and SAP business analysis as well as data base systems is preferred
- Proactiveness - the ability to work with broad objectives, exercise initiative to ask for relevant support, and find solutions
- Ability to work independently and with tight schedules, with strong organization and project management skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work in an international environment
