**Purpose of role**:

- To support APAC Zone in the strategic development and tactical execution of a world-class retail and digital supply chain, including IT, Speed to Market, Ways to Market, and New Markets.
- Lead the reporting, analysis, and improvement plans for the APAC Service (Stores, Direct Channels, and Franchisees) and Inventory results
- Management of all 3PL contract negotiations in conjunction with Group policies and Global HQ Transportation and International Operations. Lead and implement Distribution Centre changes as required.
- Responsible for the management of the inventory and physical flows in the Regional Distribution centers. This includes liaising with the 3PL warehouse providers, Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, customer care, and Global transport team.
- Ensure the cost-effective and smooth flow of products from global/regional vendors and TBS hubs into the APAC zone
- Responsible for Transportation for the APAC region: import and export of the zone shipments for local company market operations and head franchisees.
- Management of the S&OP process across all markets and the zone. Lead and develop demand planning capabilities and work processes to enable improvements in Service and inventory results. Own and deliver the supply chain plan for NPD launches in APAC.
- Be the functional expert for all physical logistics from warehousing, transport, and operations.

- Responsible for maintaining the ethical standards of The Body Shop, including minimizing the environmental, health, and safety risks in the workplace and responsible for reporting potential risks, real accidents, and near misses to relevant managers

**Experience**:

- Significant experience in Supply Chain Management, in a retail environment
- Strong management and leadership experience
- Proven experience in Market Support management
- Knowledge of replenishment systems and DC replenishment processes
- In-depth experience and understanding of Logistics processes, including 3PL management - distribution/transportation/air freights
- Understanding of supply chain best practice
- Strategic experience in driving and improving supply chain operational processes
- IT proficiency required, e.g., advanced Excel, SAP.
