Pratt & Whitney’s Aftermarket Supply Chain has an open position for an **APAC Associate Director, Aftermarket Supply Chain**. Primary focus of this position will be to lead and execute the aftermarket supply chain (ASC) sourcing strategy as defined by the commodity management teams, execute projects in alignment with those projects, provide guidance to the Procurement personnel in the APAC region, and provide day to day support to the APAC leadership team on Supply Chain topics.

This Associate Director position will** oversee supplier management in the region, monitor LTA contract adherence, facilitate indirect procurement initiatives, ensure ITC adherence, and act as a leader to support the entire APAC region**. Responsibilities include supplier designation leverage, rationalizing the supply base, driving compliance across the network, and ensure supplier performance supports the needs of the Aftermarket Operations network.

**Responsibilities**
- Sit on the Aftermarket Supply Chain Leadership Team and ensure the strategies enacted are appropriately implemented in the APAC region.
- Sit on the APAC Regional Leadership Team.
- Provide guidance on Supply Chain topics to the APAC Leadership team.
- Lead the implementation of initiatives within the APAC region.
- Maintain high levels of communication with the team (both ASC and APAC AMO units) to achieve business objectives.
- Act as a voice on behalf of the APAC AMO units to resolve supplier issues, supporting escalation of critical issues with both facilities and suppliers.
- Operate in the role of primary sponsor/change agent for implementation of lean methodologies and tools throughout the enterprise.
- Ensure compliance with CORE, business ethics, and RTX corporate policies & initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years of experience in supply management with indirect and direct procurement.
- BA/BS in business, supply chain, engineering, finance, or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at various levels in the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive teamwork between groups and across functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Aerospace Aftermarket and MRO experience is desired.
