Chee Geen Interior Pte. Ltd is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the seamless flow of goods and materials imported from China. This is a critical leadership role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- **Demand Planning & Forecasting**:Oversee demand planning processes to ensure accurate forecasting and optimal inventory levels.
- **Sourcing & Procurement**:Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- **Logistics & Distribution**:Direct all aspects of logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- **Inventory Management**:Establish and maintain optimal inventory control policies and procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall performance.
- **Technology Implementation**:Evaluate and implement relevant supply chain technologies and systems to improve visibility and efficiency.
- **Risk Management**:Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
- **Team Leadership**:Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Compliance & Sustainability**:Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote sustainable supply chain practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies that have resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with ERP systems and other supply chain management software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skill**:

- **Preferably equipped knowledges in import and export from Northen Asia countries.
