**What the role is**
- You will play a key role in shaping SID's workforce by conducting complex data analysis to inform strategic decisions across the employee lifecycle - from recruitment to retention. You will also be responsible for overseeing the construction of data systems, models and dashboards to enable successful data analysis and reporting.

**What you will be working on**
- Lead analytics project or other projects related to extracting, cleaning and presenting data with the purpose of deriving insights to support strategic workforce planning and other HR decision-making - Develop strategies for successful data analysis and reporting - Craft and oversee the generation of reports and performance dashboards, as well as their distribution - Implement data analytical tools, including manpower flow models, and statistics to produce actionable insights - Engage senior leadership closely on data-based findings and recommendations - Collaborate with key partners across SID to collect data, set measurements and benchmarks and assess data effectiveness based on organisational needs and developments If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: - Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team - Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind - Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas - Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders - Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: - A strategic perspective on SID's HR system and processes - Opportunities to shape SID's workforce through enabling data-driven HR decisions - Partnerships across various parts of SID - Stakeholder management, change management, presentation, and facilitation skills

**What we are looking for**
- Roles for mid-careers available - Data-literate and proficient in data visualization concepts and techniques - Proficient in Python or at least two of SQL, Power Query, Tableau, and Excel (listed here in order of preference) - Interest in data storytelling that effectively communicates insights to stakeholders - Interest in progressive people development practices - Comfortable with engaging and managing diverse groups of stakeholders - Comfortable with cleaning, organising and analysing quantitative and qualitative data - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to see the big picture and also a keen eye for detail - Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - Motivated team player, as well as an independent self-starter
