Sales Management- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for pumps, treatment systems, and digital solutions.- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.- Drive growth in both new equipment sales and aftermarket opportunities (spare parts, maintenance contracts, upgrades, digital services).- Lead key account management and identify new business opportunities in municipal and industrial segments.
Service Management- Oversee service operations including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.- Ensure service team delivers on-time, high-quality support that strengthens customer loyalty.- Manage service contracts, warranty claims, and emergency support.- Drive continuous improvement in service processes, customer response times, and technical training.
Leadership & Collaboration- Lead and develop a team of sales engineers, service engineers, and technicians.- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, product management, and supply chain to ensure seamless project execution.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to management and product teams.
