Aftermarket Sales

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Proven success in account managing/business development in Aftermarket sales.
- Established and proven network among ship owners and/or decision makers at powerplants.
- Your experience needs to be within technical sales within engine building, power generation/locomotive or critical infrastructure based industries where you have been instrumental in securing commercial agreements with new customers
- High level of understanding of technical solution sales processes (knowledge of heavy engineering processes would be advantageous but not a prerequisite)
- You will need to have a proven track record in selling equipment through direct sales and distribution agreements in South East Asia
- Proven network in the marine sector in South East Asia
- You will lead by example, acting as an ambassador for the company at exhibitions, international corporate events and be part of the global Aftermarket team
**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Managing long and complex sales cycles and managing and supporting agent/distribution channels across the region
- Market research and formulation of a business plan for geographical/customer segment (Potential customers and their current products and market status, general market size, competitor mapping.)
- Research, contact and develop customer acquaintances from initial contact to RFQ and first order.
- Report and meticulously document sales efforts and successes.
- Prepare and give input to budget information.
- Review cost calculations in coordination with costing department. Prepare quotations.
