Training Program Manager, Team Lead

We are looking for a Lead for Training Program Managers who will evaluate and improve existing training offerings, identify gaps in every area (skills and tools, product knowledge, and so on). products, industry and functional expertise), implement existing training programs and develop new ones as needed.
The Senior Training Program Manager is responsible for developing the roadmap and associated training strategy with the learner in mind, creating and delivering learning experiences through instructor-led sessions, eLearning, videos, and documentation, managing training logistics and tools, and implementing and maintaining robust measurement to continuously improve the effectiveness of training in a compressed timeframe
Job Responsibilities
- Proactively drive change and continuous improvement in support of business goals
- Continuously looking for ways of simplifying work processes including automating or eliminating work where possible
- Conduct and maintain needs analysis that uncovers training opportunities
- Identify, define, track, and continuously assess the effectiveness of training, and implement suggestions for improvement across assigned programs
- Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs leadership development
- Lead and develop a team of Training Program Managers while balancing their development and utilisation
- Contribute to reporting on training activities and analyze data to drive results and learning effectiveness.
- Create and manage the communication strategy for promoting and highlighting key training processes and activities across the network.
- Develop program roadmap and lead end-to-end management including content management, logistics, communication, delivery and facilitator coordination, analytics and reporting
- Partner with your internal peers and stakeholders to develop standardization, where applicable, across multiple other existing programs and training initiatives
- Create innovative training solutions that are utilised in multiple geographies and languages.
- Analyze and solve business problems with focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
- Work strategically with broad group of stakeholders inside Monetization Integrity organisation and beyond to capture interdepenancies, development opportunities and optimisation of existing training programs
- Drive adherence to standardised processes and industry best practices learning solutions as well as getting feedback from the operational teams on areas of opportunity for improvement.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration or relevant Fields (relevant experience beyond the 10 years of experience requirement will also be considered in lieu of a college degree). Master’s in Adult learning preferred.
- Proven at least 10 years of working experience as Learning Program Manager, L&D Consultant, Learning Portfolio Manager or Instructional Design
- Experience building, interpreting, and communicating performance metrics to multiple organizational levels
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Proven ability to build, execute, manage, and improve programs and projects
- Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, limited data, excellence at prioritising, managing, and completing projects with tight deadlines
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment
- Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority
- Ability to adapt well to fast-paced and sometimes chaotic environment with quickly changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Technical aptitude to be able to quickly learn new technologies and develop various learning solutions.
- Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences
- Familiarity and/or experience with program management tools, learning management systems, instructional design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Captivate Suite/Storyline
Additional Qualifications / Skills
- Professional certification such as CIPD in Learning and Development is an advantage
- Experience building strategic training programs at a global level.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
- Strong corporate background with an ability to understand work flow and throughput through the operation
- Demonstrated strong collaborative problem-solving skills evidenced by results in past positions.
- Demonstrated Change Management experience including the ability to work with sponsors to address barriers to a team’s success
