**Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Corporate Support & Services**:

**Job responsibilities**:

- Oversee corporate admin functions and contract management of centrally provided services.
- Ensure effective management of facilities and building-related contracts and issues, including maintenance and repairs, to provide a conducive working environment.
- Ensure workplace is safe and well-maintained. Constantly explore more productive and effective ways to track and monitor assets/inventory movement.
- Drive Business Continuity Plan (BCP) efforts and work with business units to develop, review and implement BCPs.
- Oversee Board’s secretariat matters and Management Meetings including the appointment of Board and Committee members, Board resolutions, organising meetings etc.
- Drive good data governance culture in TAL, including the regular review and sharing of policies and good practices in handling personal and corporate data. Drive e-filing initiatives to enhance information sharing.

**Job requirements**:

- 5 -7 years of relevant experience in facilities management, workplace safety and health, preferably familiar with Board Secretarial matters.
- Good communication skills.
- Good writing and presentation skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Office.
- Team player.
